New Delhi: The Supreme Court on Friday issued notice to the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) after going through a petition filed by accused Ravi Rishi, CEO, Vectra (Tatra Truck) who has sought withdrawal of look-out notice against him.

An FIR had already been registered against him in this regard. Though the CBI has not lodged any case against him, but he cannot go abroad because of the look-out-notice issued against him by the investigating agency.

Rishi, who is one of the accused in the Tatra truck deal case, wants to go abroad for treatment of liver cirrhosis.

The Apex Court while seeking a reply from the probe agency, CBI, has fixed the matter for further hearing till July 30.
