She said increase in BJP MLAs from 4 to 47 in Haryana showed trust and expectations of the people.
"People expect clean governance from the BJP and all party MLAs must live up to their expectations. Good governance alone will benefit the common man," she added.
The BJP Government under the leadership of Khattar was laying stress on development with good governance, she said.
Swaraj went down the memory lane recalling that her political career had also started as an MLA from Haryana in 1977. Then, no such training programmes were held and she learnt everything from experiences, she added.
Union Ministers, Birender Singh, Krishan Pal Gujjar, Rao Inderjit Singh, senior leader Ramlal and state BJP chief Subhash Barala, also addressed the training programme, according to Haryana government release here on Sunday evening.
