New Delhi: Keeping the upcoming festive season in view, Tata Motors is all geared up to launch new SUV ‘Storme’ in the market on Wednesday. The new SUV is named as ‘Safari Storme’. In the first look, it seems that it is largely influenced by Range Rover.

Apart from its outside look, the interiors are also looking good. Fine wooden dashboard is looking beautiful. Woods have also been used on doors as well. Because of the detailed wooden work, the interiors’ look is different from that of other SUVs.

2.2 L décor engine has been installed in Safari Storm. Earlier, 3.0 L engine was planned to be fitted in Safari Storme, but because of unexpected results the idea was dropped. According to the company, the 5-gear operated vehicle has the feature of disc brakes and better turning radius.

One of the big differences between Tata Safari and Storme is that spare wheel is not fitted in fifth door but below the floor of car. This new change has added to the aesthetics of the SUV. Tata Motors has also not compromised on the safety standards providing four air bags, parking sensor, fog lamp and Anti-lock braking system.
