Noida: Team Anna on Sunday announced to resume agitation against government’s ‘weak’ Lokpal Bill if the Congress-led UPA government fails to pass the anti-corruption bill by May 15, the day second half of the Budget Session of the Parliament concludes.

The decision was taken at a meeting of Team Anna’s Core Committee led by Anna Hazare and other members organized in Noida on Sunday. The meeting was aimed to discuss its future course of action amidst their resentment against yoga guru Ramdev's one-up manship despite both groups deciding to support each other in their fights.

Calling for a bigger movement, Team Anna decided to travel across the country and tell the people that the government's version of the bill is ‘useless’.

Hazare was present at the meeting which was also attended by other prominent members, including Arvind Kejriwal, Shanti Bhushan, Prashant Bhushan and Kiran Bedi.

Kiran Bedi and Prashant Bhushan informed that they decided to send notices to 14 Union Ministers facing serious charges of corruption and their names were mentioned by the Team Anna during their March 25 agitation. They further stated that they will wait for the responses of the ministers after which the anti-corruption crusaders would present evidences against the tainted ministers in a press conference.
