The partnership aims to accelerate the delivery of software solutions and to reduce time-to-market across multiple industries, Tech Mahindra said in a statement.
The partnership aims to develop and deliver scalable digital enterprise solutions in the 'Internet of Things and Services' space.
This space is expected to grow exponentially as more than 20 billion devices are expected to be connected to the Internet by 2015 and 50 billion by 2020. This partnership will empower Tech Mahindra and Bosch to be the forerunners in enabling customers to be prepared for this transformation.
The two partners will develop solutions for industrial equipment management, connected services, and intermodal transportation. Bosch Software Innovations is the Bosch Group's software and systems house.
"Tech Mahindra's expertise in enterprise solutions and its global market presence, along with the product portfolio and industry experience will enable this partnership to deliver innovative end-to-end solutions to our customers," says Klaus Hueftle, Managing Director, Bosch Software Innovations.
