New Delhi: A teenage girl, who went out for an evening walk, was allegedly kidnapped and gang-raped in a moving car by three men in north-west Delhi, police said on Sunday.

The incident took place at Nangloi area late on Saturday night and the trio - Anwar (30), a property dealer, Sandeep (32), a mobile shop owner, and Anish (35), a guard, were arrested on Monday.

The girl had gone out for a walk after dinner when the trio kidnapped her in a car and raped her, the police said.

The accused dumped the girl near her house on Sunday morning, a senior police official said, adding that she narrated the incident to her family members, who approached the police.

The girl told the police that the attackers were not known to her. Medical examination has confirmed sexual assault, the police said.
