Here are five simple and easy tips to take care of feet while in busy schedule with everyday skincare products easily available at home:

1 Add your hair shampoo in lukewarm water. Dip feet while lightly massaging it. Further massage it with your daily moisturiser. Leave it on for five minutes and rinse off completely. Pat dry with a towel. It gives a lustrous and soft texture to your skin.

2 In a lukewarm water, dip your feet and generously apply scrub. Massage for 10 minutes. Rinse completely. Pat dry with a towel. Then apply a foot care cream or any lotion easily available. It gently peels off the dead skin and gives a healthy feet.

3 Mash pulpy fruits like bananas and oranges. Squeeze in a bit of lemon. Add few drops of honey. Mix well and apply to your feet. After 10 minutes of relaxing, massage the feet and then rinse off. It eliminates the cracked skin also helps remove tanning.

4 Trim your feet nails. Add antiseptic liquid in a bowl of water. Dip your feet. Scrub them with your loofah. Carefully clean the sides of your nails with extra blades of nail cutter. Wash your feet with the regular body wash. Rinse off. Pat dry and apply talcum powder. It helps maintain high hygiene level which prevents feet from various limb diseases.

5 Dip feet in a warm water for about 20 minutes. Scrape off  dirt and dead skin using a clean cotton cloth. Rinse off with cold water. Apply ice. Pat dry and apply your regular cream. Wear a soft pair of socks and go to bed. Next morning, your feet will feel light, healthy, soft and radiant.
