Shillong: Trinamool Congress on Thursday said it will contest on all the 60 seats in Meghalaya Assembly polls scheduled early next year.
   
"We will contest in all 60 seats in the state," TMC leader and former Railway Minister Mukul Roy said here after a meeting with party leaders.
   
Apart from its stronghold West Bengal, the party has got its candidates elected as legislators in other north-eastern states including Manipur, Arunachal Pradesh and Assam, besides one MLA in Uttar Pradesh.
   
Roy, accompanied by former Lok Sabha M P Joichan Baxla and other party members, met former state home minister and Congress leader R G Lyngdoh besides others.
