New Delhi: The Table Tennis Federation of India (TTFI) and TENVIC have jointly announced the first ever Level 1 Certification Program for Table Tennis coaches in India.

The content for this program has been designed as per the ITTF-PTT guidelines. Richard McAfee, the Chairman of USATT will head the Program as a Chief Instructor.

The Program will be held in Ajmer, Indore and Bengaluru on 3-7-2012, 10-14-2012 and 17-21-2012 respectively. Each Program will be of 5 days and have a maximum of 30 participants.

TIFI, general secretary, Dhanraj R Choudhary said, “This arrangement aims at making the Indian Table Tennis professional, and its tie up with TENVIC will ensure that this programs will be held at regular interval.

Anil Kumble, Dinesh Kumble and Vasant Bharadwaj set up TENVIC which aims at value addition to the sports.
