Nevzat Aydin, CEO of  Turkey's biggest online food ordering service Yemeksepeti, surprised by announcing 17 million pounds (Rs 169 crore) as bonus to his employees. He paid 150,000 pounds (approx Rs 1.5 crore) to each employee.
 
Aydin, who is now referred as the best the bosses of the world,  enthusiastically told a daily, “If there is a success, we have accomplished it together.”

His company Yemeksepeti is Turkey's largest online food ordering service. Aydin acquired  Germany-based giant Delivery Hero and was not contractually obliged to pay any bonus to employees of German company. But, he paid whooping 17 million pounds. Aydin started Nevzat Aydin with small set up and capital amount of  Euro 50, 000 in 2000.  

In reaction,  a member of the Delivery Hero management team said for employees it was emotional moment specially whose monthly wages  range between 700 pounds and 1,200 pounds.

According to media reports, employees of  Delivery Hero started crying after knowing about bonus amount, and some of them wrote letters of thanks.
