The users will have to login to TweetDeck with same user id and password and than select Accounts to add other accounts to the team. A confirm or deny notification will sent to the added users. Once team is formed, the users can use the same account to tweet at the same time.

The product manager Amy Zima made the announcement through a blog post.
"TweetDeck Teams is a simple solution to Twitter account sharing. It enables you to delegate access to as many people as you like, and remove accounts when they no longer need access," Zima said in the post.
She said the feature started rolling out on TweetDeck for web, Chrome and Windows.
“If you’re currently sharing your account, you can change the password and revoke app access to ensure that from now on only the people you’ve just added will have access,” Twitter said.

Twitter has struck a deal with search engine giant Google to show tweets in search results. The messaging platform tried to broaden its reach beyond its 284 million monthly active users.

If sources are to be believed, the social networking site has already signed an agreement with the search engine company. According to the deal, people will now be able to view tweets rather than just profiles of Twitter users when they search on Google.
