SM-G900H and SM-G900R4 are the two different variants of Samsung Galaxy S5 that are spotted on AnTuTu benchmarks, claimed a report by Sammobile.  It is believed that the handset appeared once on AnTuTu benchmarks before its official launch.

Specifications based on the report

SM-G900H will be installed with a 5-inch display and possess a qHD resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels. The handset will run on a 1.5GHz quad-core processor with ARM Mali-T628 GPU and 2GB of RAM. The smartphone will contain 16GB of internal storage capacity that can further be expanded up to 64GB via usage of micoSD memory card. It will feature a 16MP primary camera, 2.1MP front-facing camera. SM-G900H variant will be powered by Android 4.4.2 KitKat out of the box.

SM-G900R4 variant will be installed with a 5-inch display and will feature full HD screen resolution of 1080 x 1920 pixels. It will contain Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 chipset. The handset will run on a 2.5GHz quad-core processor with Adreno 330 GPU and 3GB of RAM. The smartphone will boast of 32GB of internal storage capacity, which can possibly be expanded using a microSD card. It will showcase a 16MP rear camera and 2.1MP front-facing camera. SM-G900R4 will run on Android 4.4.2 KitKat out of the box.
