New Delhi: The students who had appeared for the National Eligibility Test organized by the University Grants Commission (UGC) can get a sigh of relief as the results are out. The result was declared on Friday (June 15). The tests were held on December 24th 2011.

The site has given the roll numbers of the qualified candidates.

The exams are conducted twice a year. The next UGC NET examination is scheduled to be held on June 24, 2012. The candidates, who had appeared in December last year test and have been declared qualified, don’t need to appear for coming NET exam scheduled for 24th June 2012 if they have applied also for it. They can apply for reimbursement of their fees by submitting the following documents:

a) A request letter by the candidate for refund of fee addressed to Head, NET Bureau.

b) Candidate’s copy of Bank Challan (in original) towards payment of fee for

c) Copies of Admit Cards of June 2012 and December 2011 UGC-NET.

d) Complete address for correspondence.

Those candidates, who had not completed their Master's degree examination at the time of UGC-NET examination which was held in December last year, should complete their qualifying examination with the stipulated percentage of marks within two years from the date of declaration of this result.
