Lucknow: A Minister in the UP CM Mayawati’s  Cabinet who is already under the Lokayukta scanner for allegedly doubling up as a headmaster in Azamgarh, is found to have been holding a third lucrative post as a manager in a government run school.

During the investigation in the first case, Lokayukta Justice NK Mehrotra found that Small-Scale Industries Minister Chandradev Ram Yadav had been functioning as a manager in Kashi Vidya Mandir, a primary school in Hajipur area of Azamgarh district.

The Lokayukta investigation has found Yadav drawing salary as a teacher from the said school.

According to the sources, District Welfare Officer SN Dwivedi has found that out of 83 schools in Azamgarh which get a special monthly grant from the state social welfare department, the salaries of Kashi Vidya Mandir teachers do not go to their respective bank accounts, but instead it was credited to the bank manager's (Yadav) account.

The Lokayuta has asked the Minister to submit his reply regarding the matter by December 26.
