New Delhi: The anxiety of lakhs of candidates, who have dreamt to join India’s most prestigious Civil Services, is over now as the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has declared Civil Services Preliminary Test (PT) results for 2012.

The candidates can access their results from the UPSC’s official website: http://www.upsc.gov.in/

The exams were held on 20th May 2012. After the declaration of results, the selected candidates will be eligible to appear for the mains examinations which will be conducted a few months later.

Prelims qualified candidates will have to apply online for Civil Service Main's Examination through Detailed Application Form (DAF). Online DAF will be available form 1st August 2012 at 11:59 PM to 21st August 2012.

After filling the form, the candidates are required to send this Detailed Application Form and all the relevant documents to The Under Secretary [CS(M)], Union Public Service Commission, Dholpur House, Shahjahan Road, New Delhi-110069 by or before 27-08-2012.
