Pakistan, Jan 28 (Jagran News Network): Raymond David, a US consular employee, who was charged with murder of two bikers with his gun at Qurtaba Chowk of Lahore in Pakistan, was presented before the court of senior magistrate in the city on Friday, according to media reports.

The Court has given six days physical remand of Davis to Police for investigation after an FIR was registered against him for killing two youngsters, the reports added.

According to previous media reports, David fired his gun in self-defence because the men were chasing him in his car.

Another person was run over and killed by a vehicle carrying David's colleagues, who were there for his help, police and witnesses said.

Lahore's police chief, Aslam Tareen, had reported the media that he was employed on "security duties" in the consulate.

David did not have diplomatic immunity and was not one of the foreign security personnel allowed to carry firearms, according to the Pakistani authorities.
