Beer Hydrates Skin

Beer hydrates the skin from within. Ancient Egyptians took beer baths to hydrate their skin in the scorching heat of the desert.

Ingredients:


1/2 teaspoon beer
1 egg white
1 drop almond extract

Directions: Whisk it all together and keep. Wash your face with the face wash you prefer, pat dry, and apply mask directly on face. Let it dry at this point your skin will feel very taut. When completely dry, wash your face with lukewarm water.

Beer Is A Hair Conditioner

Beer is the best natural hair conditioner available to us. Wash your hair with beer after shampooing it. You will be left with soft and shiny hair.

Ingredients:

1 oz. distilled water
1 oz. beer
2 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
7 drops lemon essential oil

Directions: Shampoo and rinse hair as usual. Pour the beer mixture on your hair and work it through. Rinse with lukewarm, not hot, water. Do this once a month for healthy strands.

2-3 strawberries
Few drops of beer to make a paste

Directions:
Mash the strawberries with a fork and add the beer until it makes a paste. Rub the paste over all of your face in a circular motion, and let it sit for about 15-20 minutes. Rinse the mixture off, and follow up with a toner and moisturizer.

Beer For Bubble Bath

If you have enough money to spare, beer can be a very good ingredient for bubble bath. It is the best way to extend the beauty benefits of beer to your skin and hair at once.

Ingredients:
Olive-oil based soap
Beer (any preference)

Directions: Mix some soap with your favorite beer and add it to your running bath water. Soak in it for as little or as long as you like. It will leave your skin feeling soft and smooth.
