The man who helped Delhi Daredevils to their fifth win this season was veteran pacer Zaheer Khan whose figure of 2/9 were very crucial  in restricting the opposition to 119/6.

After Ashish Nehra of Chennai Super Kings, it's now another 36-year-old left-arm fast bowler who proved that 'Old is Gold' on Tuesday night.

He shaped the ball with precision which left the batsmen bewildered, Zaheer bowled one of the best ever spells of seam and swing bowling you would see in the IPL.

He bowled 19 dot balls during his quota, the second most in any IPL match. The 36-year-old left-arm pacer chalked his performance up to his vast experience.

Zaheer missed the first half of the IPL 8 season due to fitness issues. But he used his experience at his to produced one of the best economical figures.

With these 24 powerful deliveries, Zaheer Khan made a statement on the pitch, that "he's not finished yet."

Many doubted his caliber after the 92-Test veteran injured his thigh last year during the IPL and he struggled to recover. This inning rejuvenate his career and can be a defining moment for him.
