London: Victoria Beckham has spilled the beans on how she keeps her skin looking young and fresh, saying she has learnt to ditch self tan as she's grown older.

The mother of four told magazine that she doesn't wear fake tan anymore, a website reported. "Sometimes I've been turned orange but that's definitely a look from my past. Being overly tanned is very ageing and, dare I say it, a bit footballer's wife. Embrace your natural colour!" she said.

Posh hailed leading skincare consultant Dr. Harold Lancer as having the most effective range of facial products. As well as the former Spice Gitl, the leading Hollywood dermatologist counts celebrities such as Denise Richards and Beyonce Knowles as his clients.

In the bathroom, she said that she always uses Dr. Lancer skin products. Dr. Lancer's line of exclusive products reportedly works for every type and colour of skin to achieve a radiant glow, but it doesn't come cheap.

As well as this expensive range, the singer-turned-designer listed a reasonably priced body moisturiser as one of her favourite products - the inexpensive body moisturiser by Weleda.

To keep her famous pout in check, Posh uses Elizabeth Arden's Eight Hour cream for daily lip hydration. She also rated cosmetics company Stila's glazes as her preferred lip colour product.
