New Delhi: Following announcement of his retirement from ODIs, speculations are making rounds that who will in the future be able to take his position. Sachin has created heaps of records to his name in both formats of cricket- ODIs and Test matches.

Master blaster, who has arrived in Mussoorie to spend leisure time during Christmas post retirement, said that he will be happier if someone surpasses him in future.
When asked about whom does he see as potentially capable in breaking his records, Tendular appeared overwhelmed by two of his teammates- Rohit Sharma of Mumbai and Virat Kohli of Delhi.

Speaking about prospects of Rohit, Sachin said that he is highly talented player adding that he needs to prove himself to get a permanent place in Team India.

“Rohit requires to prove himself, make a lot of runs and maintain consistency in his performance. He is extraordinary in his temperament and techniques. He is capable in breaking my records,” Sachin added.
While talking about the talent of Virat Kohli, Tendulkar seemed jubilant. He termed Kohli a magnificent batsman full with a lot of talent and potential.   

Even earlier, Tendulkar had showered praises on the two players a couple of months back in an extravaganza event hosted by industrialist Mukesh Ambani.
