Many people seem to believe that Yuvi was the first person to perform this heroic task, but what if we tell you that he was not?!
The cricketer to hit six sixes in an over was the great Sir Garfield Sobers from West Indies. Said to be 'The Greatest All-Rounder' to have played the game of cricket, Sir Garfield achieved this feat against Malcolm Nash of Glamorgan while he captained Nottinghamshire.

His succession of sixes got a glitch when the fifth hit went straight into the hands of Roger Davis. However, the batsman got away with it smoothly as Davis dropped the catch and the ball went over the boundary for a six.
This feat also made Sir Garfield the first cricketer to score most number of runs in an over, a record previously held by Ted Alleston when he scored 34 in one over.
