During the launch of the ‘Pradhan Mantri Jan Dhan Yojana’ in the national capital on Thursday, a SPG commando had to face Modi’s wrath after the PM got incensed at him.

Mincing no words, Modi made it absolutely clear then and there itself that he doesn’t like any kind of disruption while he is talking to his ministers, ordering the SPG not to interfere when he is in a conversation.

The SPG director was ordered by the PM to only deploy well-trained commandos in his security, who would not become a hindrance while he is talking with the public.

This particular incident transpired during the launch of the Pradhan Mantri Jan Dhan Yojana on Thursday.

When PM Modi got out of his BMW car outside the Vigyan Bhavan in New Delhi, all the television cameras were focused on him. Union Finance Minister Arun Jaitley was waiting to receive him at the Vigyan Bhavan.

However, due to the SPG security cover around him, the television cameras were not able to capture the scene properly. Even Jaitley faced inconvenience due to the SPG security cover around the Prime Minister.

Modi got enraged over this and he ordered the commandos to move over to one side and not to obstruct the television cameras.

A livid Modi then also ordered the SPG commandos to maintain proper distance from him to avoid any future hassles.

Actually, as per the SPG Commando Laws, the security personnel form a human wall around the Prime Minister. However, Modi is

not fond of such a drill and he actually enjoys talking directly to the people without any obstruction.

Well-placed sources claim that the SPG director has now been specially ordered to position only those commandos who would not come in PM Modi’s way while he is talking to the public and simultaneously take proper care of his security.
