Bhopal: Launching a scathing attack on Congress for printing Congress chief Sonia Gandhi’s photograph with Prime Minister Manmohan Singh in government’s calendar, released by state Congress president Kantilal Bhuria on Saturday, Madhya Pradesh BJP president Prabhat Jha questioned ‘under what circumstances Sonia Gandhi’s photographs were published on the calendar which is released in media?’

Kantilal Bhuria on Saturday has released government’s calendar in the media that published picture of Sonia Gandhi with Manmohan Singh.

The Congress and the BJP are on forefront over the issues of funds being used in Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan’s ‘Vikas Yatra’. The Congress has accused the BJP of using government machinery for Chouhan’s yatra.

“The Government of India is printing  photos of leaders in calendar and talking about developments. This calendar has been sent for distribution in six lakh villages. The question is - what is the motto behind printing Sonia Gandhi’s photo with Prime Minister Manmohan Singh? Is Sonia Gandhi leading the government? What are they trying to advertise? They (Congress) should look within before preaching others,” Jha asked Bhuria.
