"Law and order is a state subject. I would meet CM Akhilesh Yadav soon to bring his attention to the deteriorating law and order situation," the BJP leader told reporters.
    
"I would also meet senior police officials and members of the district administration in this regard," Singh added.
    
On his debut victory in the Lok Sabha polls, Singh said the credit for his victory goes to "Modi wave, anti-incumbency factor against the Congress and the hard work of the party workers."
    
Singh has defeated Congress' Raj Babbar from Ghaziabad constituency with a record margin of 5.67 lakh votes in the recently-concluded Lok Sabha elections.
