Targeting the sub-10K market category, Redmi 3S is priced at Rs 6,999 and the higher memory model Redmi 3S Prime with fingerprint sensor at Rs 8,999. Xiaomi has already sold 110 million Redmi mobiles worldwide in the past three years which come with a variety of enhanced features and a long lasting battery capacity.

Crafted in premium metal body, Redmi 3S has a five-inch HD screen weighing just 144 gms and its body is 10 per cent thinner than the Redmi 2.Its 13mega pixel rear camera - which builds on Redmi 2's success which saw users producing high quality photos - comes with phase detection, auto focus and supports 1080 p video recording with modes for various shooting conditions.

Redmi 3S also supports expandable memory upto 128GB microSD cards and the Redmi 3S Prime additionally features ultra-fast phone unlocking with fingerprint sensor, a 3GB RAM and 32GB storage.Both models are presently available in Dark Grey, Silver and Gold colours.
