After a successful year-long partnership with e-commerce website, Flipkart, the company seems interested in opening purchasing option for its buyers. The company followed the modules of flash sales to sell its handsets.

But many buyers couldn't purchase the product as the device went out of the stock in seconds, later the company tied up with The Mobile Store to sell the phones through offline sale method. And recently,  the company inaugurated its 'Mi stores' on Amazon and Snapdeal.

The shift in the strategy was to mark the Mi Fan Festival which was held to celebrate Xiaomi's fifth birth anniversary.

Company's flagship Redmi Note 4G will come with a free set of Mi In-ear Headphones on Flipkart, Snapdeal and Amazon. And those who will buy the device from Airtel and The Mobile Store, they will get a 5200 mAh Mi Power Bank free.

The Redmi 2 will be available with all partners without pre-registration. The Mi Pad will be up for grabs on all the online platforms.

In the note, Manu Jain said: “We are glad to give Mi fans more options to purchase Mi products. We are truly excited to be working with a variety of partners and expect these partnerships to be super successful.”
