The device is installed with a seven-inch HD IPS LCD display with 1280x800 resolution and runs on 1.8GHz Tegra 4 processor along with a 72-core GeForce GPU as well as a quad-core Cortex-A15 CPU.

The Tegra Note is powered by Google’s Android. As per the market buzz, it will receive over-the-air software updates directly from Nvidia. The tablet includes a five-megapixel rear camera and a VGA front camera.

It contains 16GB of internal storage capacity which can be further expanded to 32 GB through micro-SD card usage.
