Dutt was convicted for illegal possession of arms in the case and sentenced to five years imprisonment. He has already spent 18 months in jail earlier. He is not allowed to meet anyone else except people from his family. However, if anyone other than family wants to meet him then they need to seek prior permission from court.

Hence Lakhia and Teja are planning to file an application to visit Dutt in prison, a statement issued by the makers of the movie said. The film stars Ram Charan, Priyanka Chopra, Prakash Raj, Mahie Gill, Atul Kulkarni and Dutt. The movie is slated to release on September 6.
